Our Story

Our-Cleaner was set up to connect valued customers for cleaning services with trusted cleaners in their local area.

At Our-Cleaner we could see that whilst there was a huge need for local reliable cleaners there wasn’t anything that allowed customers to see who was available, to assess their skills and to provide valuable feedback on how they performed. Our-Cleaner has been developed to allow you to do this easily and safely! We also recognised that sometimes it’s difficult to tell someone in your home if you aren’t happy with the service and being able to tell a third party that cares, is much more comfortable all round.

We thought long and hard about what makes a great service and we are confident that Our-Cleaner will revolutionise how you organise your cleaning!

We also realise just how a big a deal it is letting someone in to your home. We ensure that all our cleaners are ID checked regularly and we have guidance on what cleaners can and cannot do including handling and managing keys to a property. We provide our customers with peace of mind if something doesn’t go quite as planned. We offer a dispute resolution service if things can’t be resolved and our services are also insurance backed – so you can just relax and let us take care of things.  We can also offer specialist services to help you source someone to provide extra help for an elderly relative with the peace of mind Our-Cleaner offers.
